Reservations: You will be confirmed on our schedule upon receipt of a 50% deposit.

Due to the specialty nature of our expeditions, all deposits and payments to Mag Bay Tours are non-refundable.
The balance must be paid at least 90 days prior to departure.

Please consider Travel Insurance as inexpensive and highly recommended.

Note: Absolutely no business checks, personal checks, travellers checks or credit cards will be accepted in Mexico.

All reservations must be followed by a 50% deposit.

All deposits and payments to Mag Bay Tours are non-refundable. We strongly advise purchasing Travel Insurance to protect yourself against monetary loss due to illness, weather, airline schedule changes, etc. Mag Bay Tours purchases goods and services well in advance of your arrival and are therefore unable to refund or credit any monies you have paid.

Entire camp/weeks (i.e. 12 or more spaces) can be held by the payment of a 50% deposit.

Our booking form is available for download or printing from your web browser in PDF format. Please fill out all sections of the form, including the section about waiving the opportunity to purchase Travel insurance, if you choose not to purchase such coverage, and mail the form to Mag Bay Tours.

Airline reservations can be made through your travel agent or our preferred agent Matt Laskey at West Ways World Travel 800-255-9112.

Here is a list of times out of Los Angeles. Airline schedules change with daylight savings time as well as the specific airline's business needs. Please check with the applicable airline for exact scheduling. Following are sample schedules: Delta starts a non-stop flight from Los Angeles to Loreto which would operate daily effective Dec. 18, 2007. It will operate on their partner airline, ASA (Atlantic Southeast Airlines).

* Note: We only accept credit card payments as a convenience to our clients. Because we are a Mexican company we have to use a third party to process credit card payments, that third party is PayPal. PayPal charges 2.9%+ $.30 per transaction, which we pass through to those clients who pay by credit card. PayPal may ask for certain information, or impose conditions that we have no control over. It is your choice to pay by check/mail or by credit card.
